Myroslava Hrabinska (Yakivchyk)

Hrabinska Myroslava, Woman Grandmaster, FIDE Trainer

Was born on 22nd May 1984 in Lviv.

Graduated from Lviv National Polytechnic University with speciality “applied linguistics” (English and German languages).

Won 2 bronze medals in Ukrainian Championships under 18 and u 20 (2002, 2004).

Participated in European Championship u 18 in Spain 2002 (11th place).

The winner of following woman tournaments:

  • Infineon Young Masters in Dresden (Germany, 2003)
  • Breizh Masters in Guingamp (France, 2006)
  • Breizh Masters in Guingamp (France, 2007)
  • Vasylyshyn Memorial (Lviv, 2009).

Achieved one norm of International Master in open Cappelle la Grande (France, 2008).

4 years trained girls in Dubai Chess Club, which I believe is the best chess club in the world. 6 of my students became prize winners at youth championships of UAE. 

In 2014 I was awarded with international title of FIDE Trainer.

My best achievement is 8 year old daughter Anna! Laughing
